In addition, I have extensive experience working with other therapists and healing professionals.
I specialize in working with adults navigating:

Breast Cancer Support: $175 per 60-minute session
A reduced fee is available for women undergoing active chemotherapy for breast cancer treatment. Having received care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, this work carries personal meaning for me. Accelerated Resolution Therapy can be particularly helpful in processing difficult images and experiences that arise during treatment.
DEPTH PSYCHOLOGY
A Jungian approach to integrative therapies and healing practices
Working within a Jungian framework means going beyond traditional talk therapy. Sessions offer a supportive space to explore the deeper layers of your inner life.
Depth Psychology does not stand alone; it is woven together with Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), strengths-based and relational approaches, mindfulness and self-compassion, DBT, CBT, and somatic practices.
This integrative framework allows us to address both the conscious and unconscious dimensions of your experience, offering a well-rounded path to healing
Here is what that work can look like:

Explore Dreams & Symbols:
Dreams carry rich material from the unconscious. Together we explore the symbols and images that arise in your inner and outer life, uncovering insights into unresolved conflicts and potential paths forward.
![]()
Uncover Unconscious Complexes:
Many struggles, whether anxiety, depression, or relational difficulty, have roots in unconscious beliefs and emotions that formed early in life and often center around an archetypal core. Bringing these patterns into awareness opens the door to real change.
![]()
Integrate the Shadow:
Jung understood that everyone carries a shadow, those parts of ourselves we have denied, avoided, or rejected. These hidden aspects often hold significant energy and potential. Together we explore the shadow and work toward integrating what has been left out, supporting a fuller and more authentic life.

Discover Activated Archetypes:
Archetypes are universal patterns that appear in myths, stories, and within each of us. We explore the archetypal roles and narratives that shape your experience and offer guidance on your journey toward wholeness. As Jung observed, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate."

Find Meaning in Life Transitions:
Depth psychology views major transitions, whether career changes, relationship shifts, or personal crisis, as opportunities for growth. We work together to find the possibility within these liminal places.
ART
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Some experiences stay with us long after they’re over—showing up in our emotions, relationships, bodies, or everyday lives. ART offers a focused, structured way to work with what still feels unresolved, helping reduce the distress connected to difficult memories so the past has less of a hold on the present.
I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a focused, evidence-based approach for working with trauma, distressing memories, and experiences that continue to affect the present. ART combines eye movements with imagery-based techniques to reduce the emotional and physical intensity connected to difficult experiences, often within a relatively brief course of treatment.
WHAT MAKES ART A STRONG CLINICAL FIT:
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) was developed by Laney Rosenzweig in 2008. The approach provides a clear process for working with memories, images, emotions, and body sensations while allowing you to remain in control of what you share and how you engage with the experience. ART can be used to address trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, and other concerns.
ART has the following features:

Rapid Treatment Results:
ART is designed to be a focused, time-efficient approach. Many clients notice meaningful changes within a relatively small number of sessions, particularly when addressing a specific memory, experience, or concern. Every person is different, and the pace and length of treatment will depend on your individual needs, history, and goals.

Voluntary Image Replacement:
A core ART technique that helps you work with upsetting images connected to difficult memories. You choose how you would like those images to change while the facts of what happened remain the same, helping reduce the emotional and physical distress connected to the memory.
![]()
Eye Movement Processing:
ART uses gentle, guided eye movements while you work with a difficult memory and notice the feelings and body sensations connected to it. The eye movements are used throughout the process to help reduce distress and allow you to experience the memory in a different, less overwhelming way.

Minimal Verbal Exposure:
You don’t have to share every detail of a difficult or traumatic experience. You decide what you feel comfortable discussing, while much of the memory can remain private as I guide you through the ART process. This allows us to work with what is still affecting you without requiring a detailed verbal account of what happened.
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."
